We run servers in the data center — and IT at your workplace

Most IT providers sell you someone else's cloud. At oneCorp, the management platform runs in an ISO-27001-certified data center in Düsseldorf — operated by our own team, with an office and technicians right on site. Your workplace IT gets that same operational discipline: we solve most things remotely, and when it has to be on site, we're quickly with you from Heidelberg or Düsseldorf. Your data stays in Germany — and if you like, your servers can move right into the data center with us. IT support and data center services from a single source — you won't find that twice in the region.

FAQ — Frequently asked questions

How long are the contracts?
12 months, then flexibly renewable. Longer terms with a price advantage are possible.
What happens at the end of the contract?
Your documentation and all credentials belong to you — we hand everything over in an orderly way. We retain customers through performance, not through clauses.
Do you also support us outside Heidelberg and Düsseldorf?
Yes. Most of the work happens remotely anyway — nationwide. We provide on-site visits within a 100 km radius of both locations; beyond that we work with vetted service partners.
What about an emergency on the weekend?
With the Emergency Hotline add-on we're reachable Mon–Sun from 6:00 to 22:00 for critical incidents.
Are hacker attacks covered?
Prevention — monitoring, endpoint security, updates, backups — is at the core of the plans. Handling an attack that has already happened is an emergency project billed by effort; contract customers receive the highest priority and preferred rates. We also recommend cyber insurance — and your plans already largely meet its requirements.
Can our servers move to you?
Absolutely — colocation, private cloud and managed servers in the ISO-27001 data center in Düsseldorf are part of our core business.
