Your servers. Our hands. No travel required.

Your infrastructure lives in a data center - your team doesn't. A hung server, a failed PSU or a loose cable means someone has to drive there. At night. On weekends. Across the country.

That's exactly what oneCorp Remote Hands is for. You brief us via ticket, chat or phone - we handle the rest: access, execution, documentation. Within 24 hours you receive a complete work report with photos, and on request a structured inventory of your racks.

Remote Hands or Smart Hands? Both from us.

Two service levels, one team - billed via the same transparent rates.

Remote Hands (Basic)
Simple, standardized tasks that need no deep expertise - reboot, status check, media swap, cable reseat, power cycling. Ideal when you just need someone at the machine, fast.
Smart Hands
Technically demanding work to your instructions - cabling and cross-connects, rack & stack, device and network configuration, diagnostics and installation. For everything that takes know-how.

Transparent pricing. No surprises.

On-site, wherever your servers live

We work in any data center in Germany - vendor-independent and operator-neutral. In our three core regions, we're set up for short response paths:

Rhine-Main - Frankfurt & surroundings
Europe's largest data center hub. Whether Equinix, Interxion/Digital Realty, NTT, maincubes or any other operator: we're typically inside your rack within ≤ 4 hrs.
Rhine-Ruhr - Düsseldorf, Essen, Cologne, Dortmund
Our home region, with our own footprint in Düsseldorf (ISO 27001-certified data center) and Essen. We know the operators, the processes and the fastest routes.
Rhine-Neckar - Heidelberg, Mannheim, Ludwigshafen
Short response times for the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region and the Heidelberg technology hub.

Nationwide: Outside the core regions we work by appointment - typically within 72 hours; emergencies handled as fast as feasible. Our partner network for additional metro areas is expanding.

From request to work report - in 4 steps

1
Request
Describe the task via form, ticket, chat or phone. For emergencies, we're reachable around the clock. You immediately receive an effort estimate and a dispatch slot.
2
Preparation & Access
You register us as authorized technicians with your facility operator (we support you with templates). Tools, spare parts and safety requirements are clarified up front.
3
Execution
Our technician works to your instructions - live on the phone or in a video call with you, if you like. You get real-time updates on every relevant step.
4
Documentation
Within 24 hours you receive the complete work report: steps performed, photos, and where relevant serial numbers and cabling state. On request as a structured data export for your DCIM.

Technicians who know data centers from the inside

We've been running our own infrastructure across two sites for over 20 years - our own servers and those of our customers live in Düsseldorf and Essen. Remote hands isn't a side business for us; it's daily operations. It's what our technicians do.

Operator-neutral
We work in any facility - your contract with the data center operator stays untouched.
Documented
Every dispatch ends with a report incl. photos. No "done" without proof.
More than hands
If you want, we'll also run your systems - updates, backups, monitoring. From a single hand move to a full managed service.
Insured & confidential
Business liability insurance, NDA on request, GDPR-compliant handling.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Which data centers do you operate in?
We can work in any data center across Germany, provided you register us as authorized technicians with the respective operator. This is a standard process with all major data center providers - we provide you with templates and the required technician details needed for approval.
How quickly can you be on-site?
In our core regions of Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, and Heidelberg, we can typically be on-site within under 4 hours in emergency situations. For planned deployments, we schedule appointments throughout Germany, typically within 72 hours.
What counts as a service hour?
The service hour covers the time our technicians spend on-site, billed in 30-minute increments after the minimum billing period. Travel costs are listed separately and transparently (flat-rate fee in our core regions).
Can you also source hardware for us?
Yes, upon request. Pricing, delivery times, and availability depend on the respective suppliers - we take care of secure delivery acceptance, inspection, and installation.
How do you handle confidential data?
Our technicians work exclusively based on your instructions and document every step of the process. Upon request, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). We can also securely destroy data carriers with certified documentation upon request.
Does Remote Hands replace a maintenance contract?
No - Remote Hands provides fast on-site support for individual tasks and emergency situations. For the ongoing operation and management of your systems, we offer separate Managed Services. Combined, both services provide fully managed infrastructure support without the need for your own data center staff.
Are response times guaranteed?
The response times stated on this page are our target values under normal operating conditions. Binding, contractually guaranteed SLAs can be agreed upon as part of your service agreement.
